A string of mostly Hudson Point & Hawthorne box cars pass the cement block plant.
Organized crime is a problem in this part of town.
Two 'families' meet in the lower right part of the scene.

A closer look at the meeting

This entire scene is built against a four foot wide mirror.
The figures and cars in the foreground are facing themselves in the mirror.
Figures are painted different colors front and back (mostly grays, black and white).
The 'mirror trick' is used by model railroaders to give a scene the illusion of greater depth and size.
